"Warranty got sorted, but I expected faster updates"
I had to file a warranty claim and it did get handled in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times before the replacement part was finally sent out. Everything worked out, but I definitely thought the response would be quicker and a bit smoother.

"Got exactly what I picked"
I ordered from 1stopbedrooms.com and everything showed up exactly how I chose it online. Same color, same size, all the right pieces. I was second-guessing myself a bit after ordering, wondering if I’d picked the right stuff or if something would get mixed up, but nope, it all came in correctly with nothing missing. Happy with how it turned out.

"Putting it together was a bit of a hassle"
Delivery went totally fine, no issues there, but wow, assembling the bed took way longer than I thought it would. Maybe I underestimated it, or maybe the instructions could’ve been clearer, I don’t know. Once it was finally together it looked fine, but getting to that point was kind of a pain.

"Honestly relieved it was this good"
I was a little nervous ordering a bed frame online, but I’m really glad I went for it. It turned out better than I expected, solid wood, no flimsy or cheap-looking parts, and it actually looks just like the photos. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m still really happy with it.

I found the delivery scheduling kind of frustrating because it took longer than I expected, and I really didn’t want to keep rearranging my time around it. Once the date was finally set, they did show up when they said they would, so that part worked out.

"I went with the financing option..."
I went with the financing option, and it made the whole thing a lot easier. I’d been wanting a new bedroom set for a while, and this let me get it without having to pay everything upfront. The process was simple too, which was nice because I didn’t want to deal with anything complicated. Anyway, I’m happy with how it worked out.

The return itself was straightforward, so I kind of assumed the refund would show up quickly too. In my head, once the package was sent back, that meant the money would follow right after. It did come through eventually, but it took longer than I was expecting.

"Pretty good experience overall"
I ordered a bedroom set from 1StopBedrooms and overall it was a good experience. The delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, but I got decent updates along the way, so it wasn’t too stressful. The furniture arrived in good shape and the price felt fair for what I got. I do wish the shipping had been a bit quicker, but I’m happy with the purchase and would probably recommend them if you’re not in a huge rush

"Solid updates the whole way"
I was a little nervous after placing my order because furniture delivery can get confusing fast, but 1StopBedrooms did a good job keeping me in the loop. I got emails when things moved along and when it was time to schedule delivery.
The delivery company called when they said they would too, so I wasn’t stuck wondering what was going on. Everything showed up within the time window they gave me, it was easy. I didn’t have to chase anyone down for answers.

I ordered from 1stopbedrooms figuring I’d be waiting a while, but it actually arrived faster than I thought it would. They sent enough updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, and the timing ended up being no problem at all. Nice when a delivery doesn’t turn into a whole thing.

"Went in for a bed frame, fell into a furniture rabbit hole"
I went to 1StopBedrooms just looking for a simple bed frame, and somehow it turned into this whole furniture adventure. One minute I was browsing beds, the next I was deep in sofas, tables, and styles I didn’t even know I wanted. There were so many options and price ranges that it never felt like I was being forced into picking from the same boring few things. It did take me a while to finally decide, but having too many good choices is not the worst problem to have. I’d definitely shop here again.

"Had an issue at first, but they made it right"
When my dresser showed up, one of the corners was cracked, which was definitely frustrating. I took a few pictures and sent them over, they responded faster than I expected. They shipped out a replacement part and everything ended up working out fine. It wasn’t the smoothest start, but based on how they handled it, I’m happy with the experience overall.

"Good prices, but the quality feels average"
I went with 1stopbedrooms mostly because the price was lower than a few other places I looked at. That was the main thing. I was trying to save a little, and for what I paid, the furniture looks fine. Decent enough. It does what I needed it to do.
But yeah, it doesn’t feel super sturdy or anything. Not terrible, just not something that makes me think it’ll last forever. Maybe it will, who knows. For the price, I’d call it fair. Not amazing, not a regret either.

“I filed a BBB complaint, and I'm not the only one. 1stop responded to them stating my furniture would arrive within a week. All lies. They never once even gave me an estimate on an arrival time. The only estimated time I received was after I ordered it in June, was for mid-July, which I was good with considering it was the height of COVID. I expected some delay, but not over 4 months worth.”

Never mind i read your reviews you are scammers i'm good hope y'all get caught in go to the feds for ripping off people ..l
