I do not recall having such a bad experience with any other business I’ve encountered. I was supposed to receive my bed set over one month ago and have yet to receive it yet. As I call to get updates, I encounter the worst customer service I have ever endured. I receive different information every time I call for an update and have been hung up on multiple times. The representatives get defensive and have told me they are unable to transfer me to a supervisor or provide a phone number for them. I have requested a refund and they told me I will not receive a full refund and will suffer a 15% fee for canceling even though I was supposed to receive my furniture over one month ago. I understand being behind in shipping but one month behind and not being able to give me any information or updates is ridiculous.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items online to include a luxury vehicle and this by far has been the worst experience ever. You guys are overpriced gimmick artist. You have this scheme to force up charges to customers. They called me with a fake problem with my order in order to add extra costs onto my item that if presented during checkout would have made the price higher than expected. They also kept off standard components in order to upcharge me for those. Lastly you are forced to pay tiered delivery fees. We purchased tier 3 which still doesn't cover unwrapping or assembly. Also you will not get accurate delivery information. They are just the middle man so you will get false information about when your item will ship. Out of the blue you will get a text from the delivery company attempting to deliver tomorrow.

I ordered Tyler Creek dining room chairs on a Thursday afternoon and the chairs arrived the next Monday Morning.

He was very professional, great customer service, he answered all of my questions. I was somewhat hesitant about ordering such a large order, however, he assured me about your company and help me to not feel so uncomfortable. Again he was patient. He answered all my questions, and even help me with my order.

Never heard of this store, but it had what I wanted at the best price with free delivery.

Unable to deliver to my area charged me a rural delivery fee

Don't trust this company, they're a scam. They just second-hand order this stuff from manufacturers. All of my furniture arrived damaged and they won't replace any of it. I tried and tried and they just don't care. Very dishonest and unethical.

I would give this company NEGATIVE 1 million stars!!I ordered this Dining Room furniture for over $8k!!!! We moved to a new house in a new state and all I wanted was beautful Pearl White Furniture! My sweet mom passed away in 2020 and I have her China and Crystal , formal silverware and her cherished hummels. I couldn't wait to put them away in this furniture. It kept getting delayed to be delivered. Constant back order emails. Never received in time for the holidays as I was supposed to according to the info when I ordered. It finally arrived in January. Months laster, Thank God I was home since I only was given a 15 minute warning. Apparently they charge you if you aren't home for the delivery. What they delivered was a China Cabinet that has the top half an UGLY yellow color with blood stains on it on one of the doors. The bottom half is the pearl white. I also ordered 8 dining room chairs. 2 of them were broken and the driver took away with him. 4 of the 6 that remained are YELLOW and NOT white. Also, one of those didn't get the seat attached with the White Coat delivery service and can be lifted right up. This company did not care to resolve this. All they did was say they were still waiting to hear back from manufacturer. I ordered this furniture 8 months ago and it's been sitting in my dining room UNUSED next to 20 unpacked boxes that need a China Cabinet to go into. Every day I see this and just want a beautiful dining room. It looks like a storage with HIDEOUS furniture that came from a second or reject warehouse. I feel UTTERLY sick over this. The dispute is taking forever! This company does NOT stand by their products and do NOT care about their customers! Do NOT purchase from them!!!

I talked to a guy named Charlie, he was great, polite, helpful, and very convincing. My problem is not with him, but with the fact that when I ordered my new bed, it told me I was receiving everything on May 8 - May 13th. And now it's telling me June, almost a whole month later, not happy about that.

Randy in customer service went over and beyond in helping me get the base that I wanted. Would definitely use 1StopBedrooms again.
